It becomes impossible to upgrade the firmware through the back end of the miner. On the firmware upgrade page, the upgrade process always exits automatically within less than one minute.

The login password on the back end of the miner is altered, resulting in the inability to log in.

Under the condition that the network connection between the mining machines and the mining site is normal, suddenly the hashrate of a large number of miners drops to zero, while the back end of the miners shows that the hashrate is normal.

Solutions:

Use an SD card to flash the control board of the miner and restore it to the factory settings (consult the after-sales service of the miner for specific methods).

Use the antivirus tools provided by the miner manufacturer or third-party antivirus tools like okcare to conduct antivirus scans.
