I. About Automatic Withdrawal

Once a registered user binds the wallet address of a cryptocurrency, when the mining earnings are higher than the minimum payout amount set by you, the system will automatically withdraw the funds to the preset address on a daily basis and it's completely free of charge. When the mining earnings don't reach the minimum payout amount, the earnings will be temporarily stored in your asset wallet.

II. Setting up Automatic Withdrawal

1. After logging into your account, click on 【Account Settings】, enter the 【Mining Account】 page, select 【The wallet address of the cryptocurrency that needs to be added】, and then enter the corresponding page. (This action requires completing the binding with Google verification.)

2. Fill in 【The cryptocurrency address】 - 【The source of the address (options)】 - Google verification code. Once filled in, the binding will be completed successfully.

III. The Release Time of Automatic Withdrawal

Since the time for earnings release may vary, the system usually automatically withdraws funds once at 10:00 am (UTC + 0) and once at 10:00 pm (UTC + 0) every day. Besides, when the earnings are lower than the minimum payout amount, automatic withdrawal will not be triggered.

If you still haven't received the payout amount after 10:00 am - 10:00 pm (UTC + 0) every day, it may be caused by the following reasons:

1. Severe congestion in the digital currency network: Please wait patiently for network confirmation.

2. Bad luck on the day, few or no blocks generated: Since there is temporarily no new block to complete the broadcast of transfer records, the earnings will be packaged and paid after the mining pool generates a block. Please wait patiently.

3. Synchronization failure between the blockchain network and the mining pool statistics: In case of such a situation, the WhalePool mining pool will conduct emergency repairs as soon as possible.

4. Automatic withdrawal amount not reaching the minimum amount: When the amount is insufficient, it will be accumulated until it reaches the minimum amount and then automatically transferred out.

5. Large withdrawal amount: Large withdrawals will be issued after passing the review, and the review time will not exceed 24 hours.

6. Temporary error in the payment system: Please submit a work order and we will complete the system repair as soon as possible.

IV. Minimum Payout Amounts for Cryptocurrencies in Automatic Withdrawal

- For KAS, with a fee of 0.75%, the minimum payout amount is 30 for anonymous users and 15 for registered users.

- For ALPH, with a fee of 0.90%, the minimum payout amount is 0.1.

- For RXD, with a fee of 0.80%, the minimum payout amount is 100.

Note: After modifying the minimum payout amount, it will take effect on the next payment day.
